My careers
I am an award-winning professional studio photographer whose previous careers saw me in the world of sports and business from playing golf at Pro level to retail and running my own business.

From a very early age I have always had a passion for painting and ink drawing knowing that I should have gone to art colleage before moving in to the world of sport for a living this was my creative arena before I picked up a camera and discovered the amazing creativity to be found in the world of beautiful photographic and now digital images

About my work
I cover all aspects of portrait work and I specialise in innovative, contemporary, lifestyle photography that will be enjoyed for generations to come

I like to spend time with my clients so that they are more relax and informal which will show through in their photographs – samples of my work can be viewed on the various pages of this website

I have been awarded Licentiateship by the following internationally recognised professional photographers organisations:

BIPP – British Institute of Professional Photographers     MPA – Master Photographers Association

SWPP – Society of Wedding & Portrait Photographers    BPPA – British Professional Photographers Association

The achievment of being awarded Licentiateship is probably best explained by Eric Jenkin, the chairman of the MPA qualifying committee:

” It is a great honour for a photographer to be awarded a qualification and have their work recognised.  A Licentiate award indicates that the photographer is a qualified member of the Association.  It also demonstrates their competency in their chosen field of photography which reassures members of the public that they are using the services of a qualified photographer “
